Hugo Boss chairman to step down after Frasers Group pressure

Hugo Boss announced on Monday that Stephan Sturm, a member of and chairman of the group’s Supervisory Board, has decided to step down, “against the backdrop of the recent changes” in the company’s shareholder structure.
