Two more retail deliveries for Coal Drops Yard

London King’s Cross shopping destination Coal Drops Yard has announced two new lettings, with lifestyle brand RunLimited and beauty retailer Martha’s continuing operator The King’s Cross Group’s evolution of its 500,000 sq ft retail and leisure offer.

RunLimited has just opened, with Martha’s following in November. The former, with its offer of worldwide brands and a ready-made community for London’s runners “is on a mission to build the most collaborative running brand on the planet” with its physical stores connecting run clubs across the capital.

Martha’s is an entirely new concept joining as a “hybrid beauty experience”, combining high-end nail treatments with an all-day drinks menu.

Jane Macdiarmid, head of Retail Asset Management at The King’s Cross Group, said: “These… lettings bring something distinctive to King’s Cross and are concepts built around community, quality and experience. Together, they add another dimension to the mix of brands and places people can discover here.”

She added: “Our latest research shows that discovery, authenticity and quality are particularly important to our audiences. We want King’s Cross to keep evolving as an experience-led destination, bringing together much-loved names with independent and emerging brands to create a retail offer that feels distinctive to the estate.”
