The French Rugby Federation has extended its contract with kit supplier Adidas until 2036, the two organisations told L’Équipe on Wednesday.

The existing deal had been due to run until 2028 and will now be extended – on improved terms – for a further eight years.
The French Rugby Federation has been partnered with Adidas since 2024, following a setback with its former kit supplier, Le Coq Sportif. Adidas notably unveiled a special shirt to mark the 120th anniversary of the first England v France match for the 2026 Six Nations.
After encountering severe financial difficulties in the wake of the 2023 Rugby World Cup hosted in France, the federation has since found some breathing space by renewing and securing partnerships, as well as through increased ticketing revenue.
