Derbion and beauty are proving a strong mix with the East Midlands retail and leisure destination announcing a trio of arrivals across the price spectrum: value health and beauty specialist Savers, beauty treatments and skincare specialist Thérapie and fragrance brand Royal Oud.

Savers (a sister brand to Superdrug) has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,207 sq ft store, which will include its range of health, beauty, household goods, medicines and fragrances.
Royal Oud has signed for a 655 sq ft sq ft space, which will house its luxury perfumes, oud oils, and bakhoor incense.
Thérapie has signed for a 2,004 sq ft clinic offering laser hair removal, cosmetic injections and advanced skin treatments.
The trio’s arrival confirms “beauty continues to thrive” at Derbion with the sector “becoming the centre’s biggest turnover category contributor.”
In the past two years, five of Derbion’s health and beauty retailers have refitted or relocated, investing a combined £3.37m in their stores. At the same time Derbion recently welcomed Bodycare and Bath & Body Works that have both opened flagship spaces.
Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion said: “The lettings… highlight the strong demand we are seeing from health and beauty retailers eager to take space or enhance their units.”
