Global footwear brand Crocs continues to expand its UK retail space now choosing the North East’s Dalton Park for its first regional outlet opening at the destination this autumn.

The new 1,530 sq ft store will offer Crocs’ expanding collection of clogs, sandals, trainers and accessories for adults and children, bringing the brand’s outlet offer to the region’s shoppers for the first time.

Crocs joins a “strong footwear line-up at Dalton Park that already appeals to a wide range of shoppers, and Nicky Lovell, head of Outlets and Retail Business Development at operator Global Mutual said: “Bringing the first Crocs outlet to the North East gives us an opportunity to add something genuinely different to an already well-established footwear offer at Dalton Park. Our focus is on giving customers more variety and more reasons to visit.”

It’s all part of a new phase of its European retail expansion strategy that has seen 2026 openings in the Frasers Group-owned The Boulevard, in Banbridge Northern Ireland last month, and Scotland’s Caledonia Park in the spring ahead of Westfield Stratford City in East London.

The arrival of Crocs follows a series of new additions to Dalton Park’s retailer mix, including the recent openings of Belstaff and TFG London’s multi-brand Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles store.
