Puma: Anta Sports completes acquisition of a 29.06% stake and becomes the group’s largest shareholder
The Chinese owner of Fila, Descente, and Jack Wolfskin has finalised the acquisition of more than 29% of the German sportswear group, thereby becoming its largest shareholder.
