Piaget appoints Giacomo Cinelli to lead its business in Italy and Greece
The historic Swiss fine watchmaking and jewellery maison, part of the Richemont Group, has appointed Giacomo Cinelli as brand manager for Italy and Greece, with effect from October 1, 2026.
