The Spanish sustainable fashion brand is making its Vienna debut with a temporary presence. Ecoalf will be available for an open-ended period at 14 Rotenturmstraße, in the centre of the Austrian capital, via a pop-up store at Turek, a space specialising in conscious, sustainable streetwear brands.

The store is showcasing Ecoalf’s new autumn/winter 2026 collection, which focuses on outerwear and knitwear. The range includes jumpers made from 100% regenerative wool, cold-weather outerwear, and a variety of woollen accessories, crafted to combine design, functionality, and materials with a low environmental impact.
The launch in Vienna is not Ecoalf’s first foray into the Austrian market, where the company operates a permanent own-brand shop inside the Kastner & Oehler department store in Graz. The new venture forms part of the company’s global growth strategy, under which it has recently entered Portugal with its first point of sale in the Portuguese market, located at El Corte Inglés in Lisbon. Other notable recent developments include the opening of a store in Tokyo in September 2025, bringing the total number of stores in Japan to four, as well as its launch, a few months earlier, in Biarritz, in south-west France.
Founded in 2009 by Javier Goyeneche, Ecoalf currently has an international network of around 1,300 points of sale, comprising both its own shops and multi-brand outlets, along with a presence through independent boutiques in cities such as Mexico City, Andorra la Vella and Bolzano. In 2025, the company achieved a record turnover of 64.8 million euros, up 13% on the previous year. The retail channel accounted for 38% of sales, while EBITDA stood at 5.6 million euros, close to 9% of turnover, and the financial year closed with a net profit of 0.4 million euros.
