Jo Malone London to debut at Belfast’s Victoria Square early December

Premium fragrance/lifestyle brand Jo Malone London will be opening its first standalone location at Victoria Square, Belfast, representing the brand’s only dedicated store in Northern Ireland. 

Due to open on 1 December, it will take 3,402 sq ft at the retail and leisure destination offering its signature range of luxury fragrances, home scents, candles, bath and body essentials, and gifts.

Julie King, senior asset manager at operator Commerz Real, said: “2026 has been a phenomenal year for us, and welcoming Jo Malone London’s first standalone store in Northern Ireland is a fantastic endorsement of the confidence leading brands have in the destination. 

“Victoria Square continues to outperform the wider market because of the quality and diversity of our retail offer, the strength of our catchment, and importantly, our ability to provide brands with the right platform to succeed.”

The signing comes “during a particularly strong year” for Victoria Square, with sales up 23% in the first half of the year compared with the same period in 2025.

The strong performance has been driven by the successful openings of several major international brands this year, such as Sephora, Bershka, and the significant expansion of Pull & Bear. Jo Malone London will further strengthen its growing beauty and fragrance offer alongside Space NK, The White Company, and L’Occitane.
